摘要
目的探讨负压封闭引流(VSD)技术在糖尿病足慢性创面治疗中的疗效。方法选择糖尿病足患者66例,通过对比常规换药组(27例)及VSD组(39例)患者1、2、4周各时间点创面愈合情况及创面平均愈合时间,评价两种方法的治疗效果。结果 VSD组治疗效果及有效率均优于对照组,治愈时间较对照组缩短,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 VSD相对于传统换药方法在糖尿病足慢性创面治疗中疗效显著,能缩短治愈时间,是一种有效的治疗方法。
Objective To study the curative effect of the vacuum stealing drainage（VSD） in chronic wound of diabetic foot.Methods 66 cases of diabetic foot were collected and divided into the routine dressing change group（27 cases） and theVSD group（39 cases）.The wound healing situation and the average healing time at the timepoints of 1,2,4 weeks were compared between 2 groups for evaluating the effects of 2 kinds of methods.Results The curative effect and the effective rate in the VSD group were superior to the control group.The average healing time in the VSD group was shorter than that in the contral group with statistical difference between 2 groups（P0.01）.Conclusion VSD is extremely effective in the treatment of chronic wound of diabetic foot and can shorten the healing time,which is an effective treatmen method.
