摘要
对郑州市城乡基础教育的办学条件和师资力量进行比较分析,发现郑州市城乡基础教育存在非均衡的状况,并提出了均衡教育资源、均衡师资、均衡生源的政策建议。
The comparative analysis on school conditions and faculty of Zhengzhou urban and rural basic education was conducted, it was found that the non-equilibrium conditions exist in Zbengzhou urban and rural basic education, and policy recommendations were put forward, including balanced education resources, teachers and students.
