摘要
烟碱由一个吡咯环和一个吡啶环构成,是栽培烟草中最重要的生物碱,占总生物碱含量的90%~95%。烟碱合成途径除最后一步聚合反应仍需试验证实外已基本明确,主要途径基因已被克隆。近年来,烟碱合成调控机制研究进展迅速,多个调控基因被发现参与调控烟碱的合成。文中对烟碱合成途径及其合成调控因素、参与合成调控的转录因子等方面进行了综述,并对烟碱合成调控的未来研究发展进行了展望。
Nicotine is the predominant alkaloid in tobacco culturing, accounting for 90% - 95% of total alkaloid. Nicotine is composed of two hetorocyclic rings, a pyrrolidine ring and a pyridine ring. The enzymatic steps of the pathway for nicotine biosynthesis have been well established in the last few decades except the final condensation one. Major structural genes involved in this pathway have been identified and several regula- tory factors have been shown to control the nicotine biosynthesis. The nicotine biosynthesis pathway, regulating factors, transcription factor were reviewed, the future development of nicotine biosynthesis was forecasted.
