摘要
通过在钒微合金化热轧钢板中加入稀土与不添加稀土的对比试验 ,结果表明 :稀土处理具有净化钢质、变质夹杂的作用 ,有利于提高钢板的成形性能 ;同时 ,稀土在钢中还具有一定的微合金化作用及抑制钢板时效的作用。
According to contrast tests of adding rare earth or not adding rare earth into vanadium microalloyed hot rolled sheet steel,the results obtained show the rare earth treatment can clean molten steel,modify inclusions and is beneficial to improve the formability of the sheet. Also,the rare earth plays a certain part in microalloying and ageing-resistance of the sheet.
