摘要
在过去的 1 0年里 ,CSP工艺生产的产品范围不断扩展。现在它已能生产高强度结构钢、弹簧钢、工具钢、可热处理钢、耐磨钢、硅钢和不锈钢。CSP工艺浇铸区域特有的冶金条件及其直接装炉、轧制、冷却的工艺方法导致热轧带钢晶粒细、强度高、塑性好。CSP生产流程中尚可汇集形变热处理工艺 ,因此CSP工艺技术将拓展出更广阔的产品范围。
In the past ten years,CSP technology and its facility got updated and developed constantly.It is currently used to produce high strength structural steel,spring steel,tool steel,heat treat steel,abrasion steel,silicon steel and stainless steel.The specific metallurgical condition of the CSP casting area and the process methods of direct charging,rolling and cooling give the results of fine crystal grain,high strength and good plastic to the hot rolling strip.The ausforming process can be joined in the CSP production line.Thus the product scope of CSP could be widened.
