摘要
交易的本质是人与人之间的关系 ,由于市场的不确定性、人的有限理性和机会主义行为倾向等原因 ,交易是稀缺资源的耗费过程 ,即存在交易成本。企业既是一种生产关系 ,又是一种交易关系 ,因而企业经济活动的成本是由生产成本和交易成本综合决定的。制度的基本功能之一是降低交易成本 ,因而交易成本是企业制度选择与创新的重要依据。
The nature of transactions is the interpersonal relations. Because of the uncertainty of market, the bounded rationality and opportunism of the human beings, and so on, transaction is the process in which scarce resources are consumed, thus bringing about transacition cost. The firm is not only production relations, but also transaction relations, so the costs of the firm include production costs and transaction costs. One of the principle functions is to reduce transaction costs, so transaction cost is an important factor by which firm institutions are chosen.
