摘要
常压下 ,热浓碱液对氟碳铈矿有良好的转化效果 ,所获转化产物易溶于盐酸 ,溶液再经除杂 ,得优质混合氯化稀土。针对浓碱转化反应进行的机理研究表明 ,氟碳铈矿在常压、浓碱转化过程中发生的成分变化 ,主要是原有结构中的F- 被OH- 取代。
Under normal pressure bastnasite can be converted into a product soluble in hydrochloric acid by the effect of hot concentrated alkali liquor, obtaining high quality of mixed rare earth chloride by impurity removal. The study shows that changes in composition of bastnasite during the alkali conversion are contributed to the replacement of F - in original structure by OH -. Also, this paper discusses some factors affecting the recovery of rare earths.
