摘要
百色水利枢纽大坝碾压混凝土骨料料源有灰岩和辉绿岩两种,灰岩料场夹有活性骨料燧石、开采成本高,辉绿岩料场不含活性骨料、开采成本低。试验结果表明,与灰岩骨料碾压混凝土相比,辉绿岩骨料碾压混凝土施工工作性较差、变形能力较差、抗裂能力较低。针对这些特性,通过改善辉绿岩骨料碾压混凝土性能研究,采取创新的技术措施,有效地改善了辉绿岩骨料碾压混凝土工作性能和变形性能,提高了抗裂性能,使辉绿岩骨料碾压混凝土首次成功地应用于百色RCC大坝,避免了大坝采用灰岩骨料碾压混凝土带来的安全隐患,节约了工程投资,保证了工程质量。
The sources of the concrete aggregate are two there for the roll-compacted concrete for the construction of Baise Water Control Project, i.e. limestone and diabase, of which the limestone quarry contains flint stone--an active aggregate with higher quarrying cost, while the diabase quarry contains no active aggregate with a lower quarrying cost. The testing result shows that the workabilityof the roll-compacted concrete mixed with biabase is poorer with worse deformability and lower cracking resistance if compared with those of the limestone. In accordance with these characteristics, both the workability and deformability of the dia- base mixed roll-compacted concrete are effectively improved through the study made on the performance of it, and then its crack- ing resistance is enhanced, thus the diabase mixed roll-compacted concrete is successfully applied to the construction of the RCC dam for Baise Water Control Project for the first time and the potential safety hazard from the limestone mixed roll-compacted con- crete, if it is adopted for the construction of the dam, is avoided. Therefore, not only the investment of the project is saved, but the construction quality of it is also ensured.
