摘要
目的总结腹腔镜脾切除(LS)患者的围手术期的护理体会。方法选择2009年1月-2011年2月腹腔镜脾切除患者6例。通过对患者合理的选择,术前充分的准备和全面的心理护理,术后病情和切口的观察,体位、饮食、引流管等的护理,以及并发症的观察和处理。分析归纳了LS患者围手术期的护理要点。结果腹腔镜脾切除术为患者提供了更好的治疗方法。经过精心的治疗和术前、术后护理,缩短了患者的住院时间,减少了并发症的发生,减轻患者的痛苦和经济负担。本文6例患者手术后均无护理并发症,术后住院时间5～9 d。结论通过腹腔镜脾切除围手术期的护理,不仅能够促进患者早日康复,而且提高了患者的舒适、满意度,减轻了护理人员的工作强度,更符合以患者为中心的现代护理服务理念。
Objective To summarize experience of laparoscopic splenectomy perioperative nursing.Methods Between 2009.1 and 2011.2,6 cases of laparoscopic splenectomy patients were chosen.After the reasonable selection of the patients,preoperative full preparation and completely psychological nursing,postoperative observation of illness and incision,nursing of position,diet,drainage tube and so on were carried out,observation and treatment of complications were performed.Perioperative nursing points of laparoscopic splenectomy in patients were analyzed and summarized.Results The laparoscopic splenectomy offered a better treatment method for patients.After careful treatment and preoperative and postoperative nursing,hospitalization time was shortened,the occurrence of complications and the suffering of patients and the economic burden were reduced.The 6 patients had no nursing complication after operation,hospitalization time was 5-9 d,all the patients were healed.Conclusion After the laparoscopic splenectomy perioperative nursing,it not only can promote patients recover early,but also improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients,and reduce the working intensity of nursing staff,which was assistant to modern nursing service concept of the centered as patients.
