摘要
目的探讨经IDDS(全埋植式给药装置)动态监测患者门静脉压力的方法及护理措施。方法对28例术中放置IDDS的患者进行术后经其进行门静脉压力的动态监测,并给予相关的专业护理措施,积极防治并发症。结果28例患者顺利完成了112次经IDDS门静脉压力的测量,其中2例患者有局部异物感,经过有效的护理干预,2例都能减轻局部异物感,并且顺利完成测压,其他患者无不良反应及并发症发生。结论应用IDDS直接动态监测门静脉压力的变化,不仅操作简单,而且对患者的损伤较小,易被患者接受,对于术后复发的监测、预防和治疗护理,都具有极为实用的临床意义。护士应规范和熟练掌握此项操作技术,学习并发症的预防和处理措施,才能顺利准确测压、防止并发症的发生、及时处理各种不良反应,并为患者的临床治疗提供有利的帮助。
Objective To evaluate the nursing measures to dynamic monitoring by the IDDS of portal pressure in patients.Methods Monitor the portal pressure in 28 cases of patients dynamicly,which were placed IDDS in operation.And then provide relevant professional nursing measures to prevent and treat complications.Results The measurement of 28 patients’portal pressure by IDDS was completed successfully in 112 times.In this process,2 patients had foreign body sensation and then alleviated through effective nursing intervention.Other patients had no adverse reactions and complications due to proper care measures.Conclusion Dynamic monitoring of portal vein pressure changes by IDDS directly was simple,minimally invasive and acceptable to patients,which had practical clinical significance for surveillance,prevention and treatment of postoperative recurrence.Nurses should master the technology skilled and specifically,and learn measures for prevention and treatment of complications.The pressure measurement can be performed accurately,the complications and side effects can be avoided,and the favorable helpful can be provided for clinical treatment of patients.
