摘要
目的了解住院老年糖尿病患者血糖、血脂、血压调控情况,为老年患者糖尿病的治疗方案提供一定的参考。方法为在老年病科住院的老年糖尿病患者提供统一的调查表格,采用问卷及调阅病例相结合的方式填写相关资料。结果糖尿病患者136例,占住院患者14.66%;约80.9%的患者检测HbA1c,61.8%的患者达标;糖尿病伴高血压的比例为80.1%,治疗率为100%,达标率为38.2%;甘油三酯达标率为66.9%,胆固醇达标率为50.0%,高密度脂蛋白达标率为33.1%,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇达标率为65.4%。结论对于老年糖尿病患者已重视血糖、血压及血脂的综合治疗,但高血糖的检出率有待进一步提高。
Objective To estimate the management information of blood glucose,blood pressure and blood fat in old inpatient with diabetes,and provide the reference for the treatment of diabetes.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the old inpatient with diabetes in the department of Geriatrics.The medical record documentation was also examined.Results All 136 patients with diabetes were investigated,accounting for 14.66% of inpatients;80.9% of patients received HbA1c test and 61.8% of them reached ideal level.80.1% of patients were with hypertension and all of them received the treatments,and 38.2% of them reached ideal level;the level of TG reached ideal level in 66.9% patients;the level of TC reached ideal level in 50.0% patients;After the treatment,the level of HDL-C reached ideal level in 33.1% patients;the level of LDL-C reached ideal level in 65.4% patients.Conclusion The comprehensive management of blood glucose,blood pressure and blood fat in old diabetic patients had been carried out,but the detection ratio should be further improved.
