摘要
目的探索与实践临床护理质量管理新方法,提高护理管理水平。方法引用追踪方法学从患者角度及检查者角度对临床护理质量与管理进行评价。结果通过300例的个案追踪和15例的系统追踪发现,从患者的原话出发可真实了解其就医体验和质量安全问题,由此进行的整改让护理管理向科学化、精细化发展。结论追踪方法学的有效运用将促进护理管理创新及医院综合实力的提高。
Objective To explore and practice new clinical nursing quality management methods, and to improve the level of nursing management. Method Using the tracer methodology, to evaluate the quality of management from the patient and clinical nursing perspective. Results Through 300 individual tracer activities and 15 system trackers, real un- derstanding of their medical treatment experience and quality and safety issues can be got from the patients' language. Thus the rectification can make nursing management development scientific and fine. Conclusion The effective use of tracer methodology will promote the innovation of nursing management and the improvement of comprehensive hospital strength.
