摘要
提出并实现了基于"三卡通"(医保卡、就诊卡、银行借记卡)支付的医院门诊就医新模式,从而进一步改善门诊就医环境,便捷就医流程,缓解群众"就医难"的问题,提升医院的财务管理水平和医疗服务质量,推进数字化医院的建设。
The new mode for outpatients based on multi-type treatment card （medicare card, medical card and bank debit cards） is proposed and realized to further improve outpatient medical environment, offer convenient medical treatment process, and ease the problem of ＂seeing a doctor＂ of masses. In this way, the hospital＇s level of finan- cial management and the quality of medical services are promoted, and the construction of digital hospital is advanced.
