钬激光前列腺剜除术--前列腺增生手术金标准新的挑战者 被引量：18

摘要 良性前列腺增生（BPH）是导致下尿路症状（LUTS）影响老年男性健康的一个重要问题。近50%80岁左右的老年男性，有中度到重度的LUTS症状，导致其生活质量的下降和需要药物或手术的治疗[1]。对于接受手术治疗的患者，理想的治疗方案是通过最小的创伤带来最长久的和稳定的疗效,并且伴随最短的恢复时间和最快的症状缓解。钬激光前列腺剜除术（HoLEP）正是这样一个术式,在过去的16年的临床实践中，与其他微创术式相比，最接近于达到这个理想的目标。HoLEP是唯一的激光治疗良性前列腺增生的询证等级为1级证据和受到美国泌尿协会（AUA）和欧洲泌尿学协会（EAU）指南推荐的激光微创手术。
