摘要
学生投入理论从学生角度关注高等教育经历对学生的影响,阐述了学生花费的时间、精力与学习成果之间的正相关关系,同时也强调学校为学生提供的教育环境的重要性。该理论具有直接关注学生的动机和行为、重视学校环境的精心设计和非课堂投入等鲜明特点,从而区别于其他学生发展理论。目前,基于学生投入理论开展的各类调查研究方兴未艾,为我们探索有效的人才培养实践开辟了新路径。
Student Engagement/Involvement refers to the investment of physical and psychological energy in various objects. Involvement has both quantitative and qualitative features. The extent of a student's involvement in academic work can be measured quantita-tively and qualitatively. The effectiveness of any educational policy or practice is directly related to the capacity of that policy or practice to increase student involvement. The theory provides clues for designing more effective educational programs for students.
