摘要
留学生教育具有政治、经济价值和促进高校发展的功能。目前我国高校留学生教育存在教育管理理念滞后、管理部门之间沟通不畅、服务投入不足等问题。解决对策是引入柔性管理、采取趋同化管理、畅通沟通渠道、加大教育投入。
Foreign Student Education is of political and economic value, and could pro- mote the development of universities. Chinese university foreign student education faces problems such as lag notion of educational management, poor communication between man- agement departments, inadequate services and investment. The introduction of flexible management, taking convergence management, smoothing communication channels and increas ing education investment, are the possible solutions.
