缺血性脑卒中患者踝臂指数与同型半胱氨酸的关系 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨缺血性脑卒中患者踝臂指数与同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的关系。方法将80例缺血性脑卒中患者按照血同型半胱氨酸水平的不同,分为A组40例(血Hcy≤20μmol.L-1),B组40例(血Hcy>20μmol.L-1)分别测定踝臂指数。结果踝臂指数测定值A组1.04±0.13,B组为0.82±0.14,2组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缺血性脑卒中患者血Hcy水平越高,其踝臂指数越低,联合检测两者可能对脑动脉硬化的评估有一定临床参考价值。
