摘要
目的建立并完善面粉及其制品中溴酸盐含量的离子色谱测定方法。方法样品加入纯水振荡提取,取上清液离心、过RP柱、Ag/H柱除去蛋白质、氯离子,0.22μm滤膜过滤,再进行超滤;选用DIONEX IonPac-AS19分析柱分离,采用氢氧化钠溶液梯度淋洗、抑制型电导检测器检测。结果溴酸盐在0.1~6.0μg.mL-1浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8);方法的检出限为0.50 mg.kg-1,方法回收率在85%~99%。结论建立的方法可用于面粉及其制品中溴酸盐含量的测定。
Objective To establish a method for determination of bromate in flour and its products by ion chromatography.Methods Bromate was first extracted from the sample by oscillation with pure water,then the supernatant liquid was centrifuged,and the RP,Ag / H column was employed to remove protein and chloride,then the solution was filtrated through 0.22 μm filter membrane to ultrafiltration,finally the suppressed conductivity detector was used for detection after separation with DIONEX IonPac AS19 and elution with sodium hydroxide solution.Results The linear range was 1.0 μg.mL-1 ~ 6.0 μg.mL-1 for bromate with correlation coefficients of more than 0.9998,the detection limit was e 0.50 mg.kg-1,the recoveries were 85% ~99%.Conclusion The developed method is satisfied with the determination for bromate in flour and its products.
