摘要
本项目是在我国铁路运输企业体制改革背景下,基于原有校企合作机制的基础上,参考借鉴国外先进的校企合作模式,针对高职院校提出铁道运输行业校企深度融合人才培养模式。
This project is in the context of China＇s railway transportation enterprise system reform, based on the origi- nal school-enterprise cooperation mechanism on the basis of reference to learn from foreign advanced school-enterprise cooperation mode, vocational colleges rail transportation sector schools and enterprises depth integration of talent training mode.
