摘要
社会的发展进步使得国家对于"三农"问题格外重视,一项项兴农、助农政策相继颁布,加强基层农机管理服务就是其中一项非常重要的惠农政策。农业机械化水平的提高能够极大地改善农业生产率,减轻农民负担。但是,在当前的基层农机管理工作中暴露出来的问题却严重影响了农机化工作的开展,如何采取有效措施改善基层农机管理服务现状至关重要。
