摘要
国家主控性发展下的生产力布局大转移、经济结构调整,成为乌蒙山区工业化的逻辑起点与现实归因。"三线建设"中"嵌入式"发展模式与"赶超型"战略迅速建构区域现代工业体系,基本形成"点→线→面"立体开发的网络格局与产业梯次演进的运行轨迹。伴随国家工业化深度演进,区域开发的力度、强度、广度势必进一步增强,创新发展思路与策略助推腹地经济崛起成为山区工业化的一个新兴战略方向。
The major transfer of national productivity and the structural adjustment of economy under the macro national control have offered a logic beginning and also the realistic returning for the industrialization in Wumeng mountain area.The ＂embedded＂pattern of development together with the ＂surpassing＂strategy has promoted the regional industrial system construction,which in turn has helped from the ＂point-line-surface＂network of three-dimensional development and the developing track of echelon advancement.With the deepening of national industrialization,regional exploration will be further strengthened in all aspects,and creative development thinking and strategic preference of the mountain area industrialization have helped the shaping of the new developing orientation.
