摘要
生物技术及新医药产业是一个基于科技创新的高技术先导产业,21世纪以来已被世界许多国家和国内众多地区竞相列为重点扶持发展的新兴产业。南通作为我国首批对外开放的沿海城市之一,生物技术及新医药产业的发展,与泰州、连云港等兄弟市以及我市船舶制造等行业相比差距较大,要奋起直追,推动该市生物技术及新医药产业的结构转型升级,力争发展成为新兴的支持产业。文章在广泛调研的基础上,分析了南通生物技术及新医药产业发展现状,并提出了相应的对策措施。
Biotechnology and new pharmaceutical industry is a leading high-tech innovation-based industries.Since the beginning of 21st century,this industry has been listed as one of the key emerging industries by many countries and regions.Nantong,one of the first coastal and open-up cities,is lagged behind Taizhou and Lianyungang in terms of biotech and new pharmaceutical industry.There is great gap between this very industry and ship manufacturing industry.To catch up,we need to accelerate the restructuring and upgrading of this industry,making it the emerging supporting industry.This paper analyzes the current situation of biotech and pharmaceutical industry and puts forth relevant countermeasures based on wide researches.
