摘要
目的探讨不同提取工艺对复方中东莨菪碱含量的影响。方法根据喘平复方中主要成分的性质,设计了6种提取工艺。采用高效液相色谱法,以东莨菪碱的含量为指标,考察6种工艺对复方中东莨菪碱的提取及转移率。结果0.05%盐酸的提取及转移率都较好。结论0.05%盐酸提取工艺简单高效,适合工业化生产。高效液相色谱法测定东莨菪碱专属性好、准确、稳定可靠。
Objective To study the influence of different extraction technologies on the content of scopolamine in the compound preparations.Methods According to the chemical properties of Chinese herbal ingredients in the compound preparations,6 kinds of extract technologies were designed.The HPLC method was adopted with the scopolamine content as the indicator.The extract and the transport rate of scopolamine by 6 kinds of technologies were investigated.Results 0.05% HCl had better extract and the transport rate.Conclusion The extract technology by 0.05% HCl is simple,highly efficient and suitable for the industrial production.The HPLC method for determining the scopolamine content is better specific,accurate,stable and reliable.
