摘要
目的:观察黄芪桂枝五物汤加味加肩三针治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例病例随机分为两组,每组30例。两组均采用口服黄芪桂枝五物汤加味治疗,治疗组在此基础上配合肩三针治疗。结果:经过3个疗程,对照组治疗后总有效率为70.0%,治疗组治疗后总有效率为93.3%,两组病例治疗后疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪桂枝五物汤加味加肩三针治疗肩周炎疗效显著,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Radix Astragali cassia twigs Five Decoction plus shoulder three needle treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients in each group.The two groups were treated with oral administration of Radix Astragali cassia twigs Five Decoction treatment,the treatment group based on the coordination shoulder three needle therapy.Results After 3 courses of treatment,the control group after treatment,the total efficiency of 70.O%,after treatment,the total effective rate was 93.3%,the two groups was statistically significant difference in efficacy cases after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Radix Astragali cassia twigs Five Decoction in treating periarthritis of shoulder with shoulder three needle effect is significant,worthy of clinical application.
