摘要
目的:建立北豆根总生物碱含量测定方法。方法:以蝙蝠葛碱为对照品,溴甲酚绿为显色剂,用紫外分光光度法在280nm处测定北豆根总生物碱的含量。结果:在0.2～6mg/ml范围内线性良好,回归方程为A=14.724C+7.48,r=0.9998(n=6);加样回收率为100.56%,RSD为1.02%。结论:该方法简便、准确,可用于北豆根中总生物碱的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for determining the total alkaloids in Rhizoma menispermi.Methods With dauricine as a reference substance and bromocresol green as a color developing reagent,ultraviolet spectrophotometry method was used to determine total alkaloids in Rhizoma menispermi at the wavelength of 280nm.Results A good linearcorrelation was found in the range of 0.2 to 6mg / ml of dauricine.The regression equation was A = 14.724C ＋ 7.48,r = 0.9998（n = 6）.The average recovery was 100.56%（RSD =1.02%）.Conclusion This method is accurate and credible,and it can be used to control the quality of Rhizoma menispermi.
