摘要
锡铁山脱水车间自应用陶瓷过滤机后,虽比用折带式过滤机在各方面效果好,但是在使用的过程中也发现了不少问题,如真空度不够、排水系统容易结钙、真空系统漏气等,经过不断地改造后,使得陶瓷过滤机在应用过程中更加的稳定。
After the application of ceramic filter in the de-watering workshop in Xitieshan plant, though good performances were obtained in certain aspects than the belt filter,a lot of problems have been found during the production operation,such as the lack of vacuum degree,calcium formation of drainage system,air leakage of the vacuum system,etc. after the process and technical transformation,the operation of ceramic filter goes well and perfect performance has been achieved.
