摘要
针对山西某铝土矿的矿石特性,采用选择性絮凝的方法,应用不同种类絮凝剂,进行了一水硬铝石与其它黏土矿物的分离研究。结果表明,在磨矿细度为-74μm占90%、pH 10、多聚磷酸钠用量为5.0 kg/t、阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺63016用量为5 g/t条件下,可以获得铝硅比为6.12,Al2O3回收率为90.15%的铝土矿精矿。
Based on the property of bauxite of Shanxi,the method of selective flocculation process was adopted to separate clay and slimes from bauxite by using different kinds of flocculant.It was showed that under the condition of grinding fineness of 90% below 74 μm,pH 10,sodium polyphosphate and anionic polyacrylamide 63016 dosage being 5.0 kg/t and 5 g/t respectively,bauxite concentrate could obtained with A/S ratio 6.12 and recovery of 90.15% Al2O3.
