摘要
针对某硫化—氧化型混合锌矿尾矿废水在全返回利用时恶化硫化矿浮选,导致尾矿废水难以利用的难题,试验进行了废水回用研究。试验表明,氧化矿选矿废水对硫化矿浮选有严重的恶化效果,硫化锌矿回收率从91.05%下降至68.60%,品位也有较大程度的降低,其主要原因是废水中的有机组分。用气浮法对废水进行处理,能够消除有机物对硫化锌浮选的影响,在浮选槽中气浮60 min,有机物去除率可达93.33%。
Based on the fact that the tailing water from zinc sulfide oxide ore flotation can lead to worsen of zinc sulfide ore flotation process when fully recycling,which can bring about the difficulties in water ultization.Researches have been done on the prossiblity of waste water recycling.According to the researches,the wastewater of oxidized ore has serious bad effect on the sulfide ore flotation.The recovery of sulfide zinc ore decrease from 91.05% to 68.60% and the grade of it has considerable reduction as well.This is because of the organic component.The air-flotation method can effectively remove the organic constituent out from the water.The ratio of organic component removal is as much as 93.33% after 60 min processing.
