摘要
通过不同等级奥氏体不锈钢的比较性腐蚀试验和多种方法组合焊接试验,分析论证了6%Mo超级奥氏体不锈钢良好的局部腐蚀蚀抗力和焊接性能。提出重视并加快包括6%Mo超级奥氏体不锈钢在内的国产压力容器用超级不锈钢的生产、应用和标准化工作,对提高我国承压设备的耐蚀水平、保障使用安全与可靠性,实现节能降耗目标具有重要的意义。
On the basis of comparative corrosion tests and multiple combined welding tests tor different grades of austenitic stainless steel, analyses and proves the good local corrosion resistant properties and welding performances of 6%Mo super austenitic stainless steel. Attach importance and acceleration to the production, application and standardization work of super stainless steel, including 6%Mo super austenitic stainless steel that used in domestic pressure vessels. It is of great importance in improving corrosion resistant level of domestic pressure vessels, an assuring safety and reliability of usage, and realizing energy consumption and pollution reduction targets.
