摘要
从世界农业科技革命迅速发展的战略高度以及我国现代农业发展的现实需要和客观要求出发,系统论述了我国农业科技园区的兴起以及新阶段西部地区建设国家农业科技园区的战略意义,特别是第一次系统地提出了新阶段西部地区建设国家农业科技园区的十项战略意义,以期指导新阶段我国农业科技园区的建设与发展,特别是指导新阶段我国西部地区国家农业科技园区的建设与发展。
Started from fast development of world agricultural technology innovation and real require- ment of modem farming development in China, this paper has recited the rise of agricultural science and technology industrial park in China and the strategical significance of building national - level agricultural science and technology industrial park in new - stage West Region of China. Especially, it is the first time to put forward the systemic ten -points strategic significances, which are expected as the guidance to the construction and development of the national - level Industrial Parks in new - stage West Region of China.
