摘要
随着社会发展需要和高等学校办学规模的不断扩大,高等学校之间的生源竞争越来越激烈,招生宣传工作已经成为招生工作中不可忽略的重要环节,只有及时地对学生来源和需求进行分析,不断地调整宣传的方法和策略,才能使招生工作达到预期的效果。本文通过分析招生工作现状、招生宣传模式及存在问题,指出当前招生模式的缺陷,提出根据学生来源调整宣传的策略。
For a university in China,publicity has become an important component of its recruitment work,when there is increasingly fierce competition between one school and another to accommodate the enrollment expansion and the needs of social development.It is only through timely analyses of students’ origins and their needs,and constant adjustment of methods and strategies that desired effects could be achieved.This paper investigates the status quo that the TV university practices its enrollment job,and discusses existing problems,especially those in publicity.The paper finally proposes that specific strategies shall be applied to students of different origins.
