摘要
"双证书"制度在促进高职院校毕业生就业和引导劳动者素质提高过程中,发挥了极大的作用,对提高高职院校教育教学质量的作用也日趋明显。但是,"双证书"制度在我国推行十几年来,仍存在诸多需要亟待解决的问题。这些问题的存在严重影响了"双证书"制度在高职院校的落实和执行。文章对这些问题逐一进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策。
In the process of promoting the employment of higher vocational graduates and guiding the improve ment of workers＇ quality, Double Certificate System has played a significant role. It is also obvious that this system has improved the teaching quality in higher vocational education. However, even though Double Certificate System has been implemented in our country for more than a decade, there are still many problems to be solved. The existence of these problems has seriously affected the implementation and execution of Double Certificate System in higher vocational colleges. The paper will focus on analysis of these issues one by one, and propose the corresponding solutions.
