摘要
选取福建省1990-2011年农业方面的相关数据,运用环境库兹涅茨曲线和灰色关联这两个工具分析农业面源污染与农业经济增长的关系。结果表明:农业实际生产总值与化肥施用量、农药使用量、禽畜养殖产污量之间存在"倒U型"的环境库兹涅茨曲线,但与农膜使用量并不存在显著的"倒U型"的曲线;化肥使用量、农药使用量处于"倒U型"曲线的右边,而禽畜养殖产污量处于"倒U型"曲线的左边的上升阶段;化肥施用量、农药使用量、农膜使用量、禽畜养殖产污量都是影响农业经济增长的重要因素,禽畜养殖是影响农业经济增长最为显著的因素,之后依次为化肥使用量、农膜使用量、农药使用量。最后提出有益于农业经济增长与农业环境保护的政策建议。
This paper selected the relevant data in agriculture of Fujian Province from 1990 -2011, using the two tools of envi- ronmental Kuznets curve and grey correlation to analyze the relationship between agricuhural non -point source pollution and ag- ricultural economic growth. The results showed that: 1. there was an "inverted U" environmental Kuznets curve existing between the agricultural actual added value and consumption of chemical fertilizers, pesticides, and livestock breeding pollution dis- charge, but between it and plastic sheeting usage there was no obvious "inverted U" curve; 2. the use of fertilizer and that of pesticide use were on the right of the curve, while livestock breeding pollution discharge in the rising phase on the left side of the curve; 3. the amounts of chemical fertilizer, pesticides, agricultural sheeting, livestock breeding pollution discharge were the im- portant factor influencing agricultural economic growth ; 4. poultry meat production was one of the most significant factors affecting the agricultural economic growth, followed by the amount of plastic sheeting, chemical fertilizer use, pesticide use. Finally, some policy recommendations were put forward on the growth of agricultural economy and agricultural environmental protection.
