摘要
通过对蔓长春花与花叶蔓长春花水分生理特性的研究,结果表明:蔓长春花与花叶蔓长春花春季的水分利用率分别为3.883和1.598 μmol CO2·mmol-1 H2O;夏季分别为0.948、0.785 μmol CO2·mmol-1 H2O;秋季分别为3.894、3.093 μmol CO2·mmol-1 H2O。两者在秋季的水分利用率均高于春季,春季高于夏季,且在三季中蔓长春花的水分利用率均大于花叶蔓长春花。回归分析表明,春、夏、秋三季,气孔导度和叶面水汽压亏缺是影响蔓长春花和花叶蔓长春花水分利用率的主要因素。综合分析认为,在夏季适当增加空气相对湿度和降低温度可提高蔓长春花和花叶蔓长春花的水分利用率。
In this paper the water physiological characteristics of Vinca major and Vinca major cv. Variegata were studied. The results showed that the water use efficiencies (WUEs) of Vinca major and Vinca major cv. Variegata were 3.883 and 1.598μmol CO2·mmol^-1 H2O respectively in spring, 0.948 and 0.785μmol CO2·mmol^-1 H2O respectively in summer, and 3.894 and 3.093μmol CO2·mmol^-1 H2O respectively in autumn. The WUEs of the two species were both higher in autumn than those in spring, and were higher in spring than those in summer, and the WUEs of Vinca majo were higher than those of Vinca major cv. Variegata in all the three seasons. The regression analysis showed that in spring, summer and autumn, the main factors effecting water use efficiency were stomatal conductance and leaf-surface vapor pressure deficiencies. Comprehensive analysis indicated that raising the relative air humidity and lowering the temperature properly could improve their water use efficiency in summer.
