摘要
"健全社会主义协商民主制度"是中共十八大提出的坚持走中国特色社会主义政治发展道路的一个重要命题。社会主义协商民主符合中国国情,确保了人民当家作主地位的实现,彰显了社会主义民主政治的独特优势,为人类政治文明提供了一种新型的民主形式。发展社会主义协商民主的基本途径是:发展公民社会,培育社会主义协商民主文化;坚持和完善中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度;推进协商民主广泛、多层、制度化发展,积极拓宽公民有序政治参与的渠道和平台。我们要增强民主制度选择上的道路自信、理论自信和制度自信,不断健全和完善社会主义协商民主制度,为世界民主政治的发展做出应有的贡献。
Proposed by the 18th CPC National Congress,the improvement of the socialist deliberative democratic system is an important topic on adhering to the development road of socialist politics with Chinese characteristics.The socialist deliberative democratic system suits the national condition of China,ensures people to be masters of our country,gives full play to the advantages of socialist democratic politics and offers a new type of democracy to the political civilization of mankind.The basic approaches to develop the socialist deliberative democracy are to develop civil society and cultivate the culture of deliberative democracy;to insist and improve the multi-party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of CPC;to promote the development of deliberative democracy in a extensive,multi-dimensional and systematic way;as well as to broaden the path of implementation of orderly political participation of citizens.The success of China＇s socialist deliberative democracy proves that democracy has more forms than electoral democracy and more forms can be found out based on the essence of democracy.We should be more self-confident in the selection of path,theory and system.By improving the socialist deliberative democratic system,China can make due contributions to the development of democratic system of the world.
