摘要
主要分析了国内外烟草精量播种机的现状及存在的问题,笔者通过广泛的市场调研,设计了一种新型的烟草播种机,该机可用于烟草漂浮育苗的播种作业可一次完成填充基质、压穴、点种、裂解、覆基质等作业。通过试制样机,该机操作简单,点种均匀性好,生产效率高,作业质量符合农艺要求。
This article has mainly analyzed the domestic and foreign tobacco precision seeding machine of the present situation and the existence question,through extensive market research,design a new type of tobacco seeding machine,the machine can be used for tobacco floating seedling planting operation can be completed once filled matrix,pressure point,dibbling,cracking,overlying matrix operations.A prototype through,the machine has the advantages of simple operation,time and good uniformity,high production efficiency,quality meet the agronomic requirements.
