摘要 为了解决青岛等沿海地区的小麦宽苗带免耕播种缺乏配套机具的问题,本文设计了适用于半岛沿海地区保护性耕作的2BMG―7型小麦免耕条播机,对其结构及工作原理作了相关的介绍,并对免耕防堵刀轴、种肥分施开沟器等关键部件的结构设计作了详尽的阐述。经过试验测得该机的种肥平均垂直距离为6.4cm,排种均匀性变异系数为43%,各行排量一致性变异系数为3.1%,且机具通过性显著。 In order to solve the problem that lack of supporting machine for wide seedling with wheat no-tillage sowing in coastal areas such as Qingdao,2BMG-7 no-tillage wheat drill was desigined,which is suitable for conservation tillage in coastal areas around Qingdao,and the structure and working principle of this machine were introduced in this paper.Besides,structure design of anti-blocking cutter shaft and furrow opener for seed-and-fertilizer separate application was described in detail.According to conducted tests,the average vertical distance between seed and fertilizer is 6.4cm,the variation coefficient of seeding uniformity is 43%,and the variation coefficient of line seeding quantity consistency is 3.1%.Passing possibility of this machine is notable.
