摘要
随着B2C电子商务交易额的快速增长,新的配送方式不断涌现,及时有效地评价城市配送作业效率有助于优化资源配置。在对7种有代表性的城市配送方式进行分析的基础上,构建了相关效率评价指标体系,采用层次分析法和数据包络分析法相结合的方法建立城市配送效率评价模型,对7种配送方式的投入产出效率进行计算,表明自营实体店配送、传统配送企业服务、共同配送企业服务为相对有效的3种方式。
Following with the rapid increase of B2C e-business turnover, new distribution modes emerging continuously, so effective and in-time evaluation on efficiency of urban distributing operation could contribute to optimizing resource distribution. Based on analyzing 7 typical urban distribution modes, the relative efficiency evaluation index system was established, and the evaluation model of urban distribution efficiency was established combined with AHP and data envelopment ana!ysis, the model is used to calculate the input/output efficiency of the 7 distribution modes and shows that the 3 modes, such as distributing by self-supporting entity company, traditional distribution enterprise service and joint distribution enterprise service are the relatively effective modes.
