纤维性日粮对猪后肠微生物区系和生产性能的影响 被引量:9

摘要 就纤维性日粮对猪后肠微生物区系和生产性能的影响进行了综述。结果表明 ,猪大肠微生物区系中存在高活性的瘤胃纤维分解菌和半纤维分解菌。此外 ,从猪大肠中还新分离出一株高活性的纤维分解菌。饲喂高水平纤维性日粮可诱导大肠纤维分解菌数量增高 ,且成年猪的纤维分解菌的数量是生长猪的 6~ 7倍 ,表明成年猪有利用纤维性饲料的潜力。 The authors review the influence of high level of dietary fiber on the microflora of hindgut and production performance of swine.Swine microflora contains highly active ruminal cellulolytic and hemicellulolytic bacterial species.Additionally,a new highly active cellulolytic bacterium,Clostridium herbivorans,has been recently isolated from pig large intestine.The populations of these microorganisms are known to increase in response to the ingestion of diets high in plant cell wall material.The numbers of cellulolytic bacteria from adult animals are approximately 6~7 times greater than those found in growing pigs.These results indicated that adult swines especially pregnant sows have the talent to harness the plant cell wall material.High level of dietary fiber has no negative effects on the production performance of adult swine especially pregnat swine.\;
