邻二甲苯氨氧化制备邻苯二腈研究 被引量:4

摘要 对邻二甲苯氨氧化制备重要的化工原料邻苯二腈进行了研究 ,评比、筛选到高效的 o- 116号催化剂 .考察了反应温度、空气比、氨气比和空间速度对邻二甲苯转化率、邻苯二腈的摩尔产率和选择性的影响 ,研究了反应条件和催化剂对反应产物的组份及含量的影响 .在合适的条件下 ,转化率为 96 .8% ,邻苯二腈的摩尔产率为75 .2 % ,选择性 77.7% ,产物中邻苯二甲酰亚胺含量小于 5 % ,单腈含量少于 0 .5 % .产品中的少量亚胺可以用碱液洗去 ,邻苯二腈为白色针状晶体 ,其结构经元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振谱得到证实 . Phthalonitrile is a key material of chemical industry. Its preparation by ammoxidation of o-xylene was studied. Based on appraising tests, the efficient catalyst o-116 has been found. The influences of reaction temperature, the ratio of air, the ratio of ammonia and space velocity on the conversion of xylene, the molar yield and selectivity of phthalonitrile were researched. The effects of reaction conditions and catalysts upon the component and ratio in the product were also studied. Under suitable conditions, the conversion of o-xylene was 96.8%, the molar yield of phthalonitrile was 75.2% and the selectivity was 77.7%. Phthalimide in raw product was less than 5% and mononitrile was less than 0.5%. The phthalimide in raw product could be washed off with base solution. Phthalonitrile obtained is while needle crystal which structure was confirmed by elementary analysis, IR and 1H NMR.
