摘要
真机实测股线电流表明,交流电机定子圈式线圈并联股线间存在相当可观的基波和谐波环流损耗。本文对这种绕组进行了较详细的理论分析,导出了环流及其损耗的理论解析式.提出了一种新换位联接方法.给出了联接后绕组中环流及其损耗的理论解析式以及环流被抑制程度的比值表达式。真机试验表明.新换位联接工艺简单。基本上消除了环流损耗,其试验结果与理论分析结果相一致。
Measurments of the strand current show that the basic and harmonic circulating current losses in the stator barrel type coil of AC machines are quite significant. with the help of the theoretical analysis, the authors have.deduced the analytical expressions for calculation of circulating current losses. suggested a new transposition connecting way and deduced new analytical expressions and ratio of the losses with the new connection to that with conventional meshed. The test results show that the new connection is easier to manufacture, the circulating current losses. have been greatly reduced.The theoretical results have been verified by comparison with the test results.
