摘要
针对石家庄市可持续发展中面临的水资源短缺和滹沱河生态环境问题 ,提出了滹沱河地下调蓄工程方案和实施措施 .
The paper analyses the water resource shorage in the sustainable development of Shijiazhang City and studies the ecological and environmental problems of the Hutuo River.The underground reservoir design is put forward and some suggestions are pointed out at the last.
