摘要
目的:研究牡荆素对实验性心肌缺血的作用。方法:采用冠脉结扎致犬急性心肌缺血模型,检测心肌的缺血程度和梗死范围以及血浆中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)的含量;采用大鼠血瘀证模型,检测血液流变学指标;采用大鼠血栓模型,检测血栓干重及湿重。结果:牡荆素4,2,1mg/kg可显著减小犬心肌的缺血范围和梗死范围,同时不同程度地降低血浆中LDH及CK的异常增高;牡荆素6,3,1.5mg/kg可降低血瘀证模型中全血及血浆粘度值,增加红细胞的变形能力;另外,牡荆素6,3mg/kg可明显减轻血栓的干重,从而抑制血栓形成。结论:牡荆素具有良好的抗心肌缺血作用,其作用可能与抑制缺血心肌的梗死体积、降低全血及血浆粘度、提高RBC变形能力、抑制血栓形成等有关。
Objective: To study pharmacodynamics effects of vitexin on experimental myocardial ischemia.Methods: On coronary artery ligation induced dog acute myocardial ischemia models,we observe ischemia level and infarcted area,detect the contents of LDH,CK in serum;on rat blood stasis models,we detect hemodynamic indexes;on rat thrombosis models,we measure the dry weight and wet weight of thrombus.Results: Vitexin 4,2,1mg/kg significantly reduced myocardial infarct size,decreased the contents of LDH,CK in serum in different degrees;vitexin 6,3,1.5mg/kg attenuated the viscosity of blood and plasma,increased erythrocyte deformation ability;vitexin 6,3mg/kg markedly reduced the dry weight of thrombus,thus inhibited thrombosis.Conclusion: The significant protective effect against myocardial ischemia injury which exhibited by vitexin may related to its reducing the blood and plasma viscosity,improving the ability of RBC deformation,inhibiting thrombosis,etc.
