牙龈卟啉单胞菌与口腔种植体周围重建骨的相关性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Porphyromonas gingivalis,P.g)在种植体周围骨重建中的意义。方法收集40例口腔种植骨重建患者的菌斑,同时进行口腔卫生和牙周维护治疗调查,菌斑检测、PCR扩增检测口腔的P.g以及种植体周边缘骨吸收测定。结果共收集40例198份菌斑,骨吸收<0.3mm,0.3~0.6mm及>0.6mm组,其P.g附着率分别为28.6%,45.3%及67.2%,经统计学检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。牙周未维护有利于菌斑堆积,其P.g检出率高。结论 P.g可能影响种植体周围骨重建,是导致边缘骨吸收的原因之一。 Objective:To investigate the effects of Porphyromonas gingivalis (P.gingivalisi) on the new bones around implant. Methods: Accumulate the dental plaques on the exposed implant surfaces of 40 patients with bone remodeling around implant prostheses which would be amplified by the polymerase chain reaction(PCR)to detect the P.gingivalisi and also these implants would be evaluated by means of measuring the level of the marginal bone(LMB)on the panoramic radiograph. Results: There are 40 patients including 198 dental plaques which have been divided into 3 groups by the marginal bone absorption values---below 3 mm , between 3 mm and 6 mm ,above 6 mm .The positive rate of P.gingivalis of these groups relatively are 28.6% ,45.3% ,67.2% ,sharing a statistically significant difference (p〈0.05). Conclusion: P.gingivalisi may be associated with early marginal bone loss which effects the bone remodeling around implant prostheses.
