摘要
步进电动机的齿层比转矩是指单位铁心叠长、一个齿距范围的齿层区域产生的电磁转矩。它既是齿层磁压降的函数,又是定转子相对位置角的函数。本文在对齿层磁场进行有限元分析的基础上,提出了步进电动机齿层比转矩的概念及其计算方法,并建立齿层比转矩数据库供工程设计和计算时查用。利用齿层比转矩作为齿形优化设计的目标,能获得在同一齿矩下合理的齿宽和齿高等齿层结构尺寸,以使电机达到较好的静态性能指标。另外,又中还介绍了用齿层比转矩估计三相反应式步进电动机矩角特性的简单方法,应用表明,它能获得较为满意的结果。
Based on the results of the finite element analysis of the tooth-layer magnetic field, this paper introduces the concept of the tooth-layer specific torque and its calculating method.The optimized tooth-layer geometry parameters are achieved when the tooth-layer specific torque is used as the objective of the optimum design of the tooth-layer geometry.Also,a simple method for the prediction of the static torque and angle characteristics of a VR stepping motor is developed. It is proved to be of high accuracy.
