摘要
介绍了 VLSI芯片设计 CAD系统中的版图编辑软件 Cirgraph的作用和简单的使用 ,以及将它从工作站移植到 PC环境下所做的工作 .此外 ,还简单介绍了 Cirgraph对版图的设计工作 .
A CAD layout tool(Cirgraph)applied in VLSI's CMOS chip design is introduced briefly in this paper, what is its function, how can it be used, what is the concrete method used in migrating the original code run in the UNIX to the PC, and the layout technology tool used in its design are discussed.$$$$
