摘要
目的探讨胎膜早破与难产的关系及其处理方法。方法选取胎膜早破的126名孕妇（胎膜早破组）与同期无胎膜早破的126名孕妇（对照组）进行1：1病例对照研究，分析胎膜早破与难产的关系及对新生儿和孕妇的影响。结果胎膜早破组孕妇自然分娩率低于对照组（χ^2=18．3909，P〈0．05），胎膜早破组新生儿窒息及新生儿发病率均高于对照组（χ^2值分别为30．4302和28．0108，均P〈0．05）。结论胎膜早破与难产互为因果，对胎膜早破患者应采取积极治疗方法，尽可能减少母婴并发症。
Objective To analyze the relationship between premature rupture of fetal membranes and dystocia and its treatment methods. Methods Totally 126 cases with premature rupture of fetal membranes （premature rupture of fetal membranes group） and another 126 cases without premature rupture of fetal membranes at the same period （ control group） were chosen for a 1：1 case-contrul study. The relationship between premature rupture of fetal membranes and dystocia was analyzed, and the influence on neonates and pregnant women was discussed. Results The natural birth rate of premature rupture of fetal membranes group was lower than that of control group （χ^2 = 18. 3909,P 〈 0. 05）, while the neonatal asphyxia rate and morbidity rate were higher （χ^2 value was 30.4302 and 28. 0108, respectively, both P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Premature rupture of fetal membranes and dystocia interact as cause and effect. Positive treatment methods should be taken for cases with premature rupture of membranes, so as to reduce maternal and neonatal complications as much as possible.
