摘要
2009年以来我国实施的"基础学科拔尖学生培养试验计划",着眼于对社会具有长远利益的非应用性的数学、物理、化学、生物等基础学科及其人才培养,得到政府倾力扶植。让学生拥有仰望星空的闲暇和兴致,淡泊明志,体现于试验计划的人才培养理念、人才培养目标和人才培养模式之中。摒弃急功近利之风气,体现于拔尖学生选拔与考核评价的相关言论与实践之中。宁心静气培育拔尖学生,体现于激励教师教学的相关主张和政策之中。宁静致远思想境界影响所及,一些拔尖学生拥有了从宁静中寻找未来的信念。
Since 2009, China has implemented the pilot program of top-notch student cultivation in basic disciplines,promoting the development of non-applied yet socially valued disciplines such as mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology. The idea, target and model of the cultivation program encourage students to look up at the starry sky in a leisurely and carefree mood. The rhetoric and practice on the selection and assessment of top- notch students reflect an opposition to quick success and immediate benefit. The incentive mechanisms for teaching encourage teachers to cultivate top-notch students patiently.
