桂枝茯苓胶囊联合鼠神经生长因子治疗糖尿病周围神经病变 被引量:12

Clinical study of Guizhi Fuling Capsules combined with Mouse Nerve Growth Factor in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

摘要 目的观察桂枝茯苓胶囊联合鼠神经生长因子对糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床疗效。方法糖尿病周围神经病变患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。两组均口服甲钴胺片;治疗组另外口服桂枝茯苓胶囊,肌肉注射鼠神经生长因子,共4周。观察两组治疗前后神经传导速度、多伦多临床评分系统(TCSS)评分及血清高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)变化。结果与本组治疗前比较,两组治疗后神经传导速度均明显提高、TCSS评分均明显下降(P<0.05),治疗组hs-CRP水平降低(P<0.05);与对照组同期比较,治疗组治疗后神经传导速度提高、TCSS评分及hs-CRP水平降低(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率高于对照组。结论桂枝茯苓胶囊联合鼠神经生长因子对糖尿病周围神经病变有确切疗效。 AIM To observe the therapeutic effects of Guizhi Fuling Capsules(GFC) combined with Mouse Nerve Growth Factor(MNGF) on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).METHODS Sixty DPN patients were randomly assigned to the treatment group(30 cases) and the control group(30 cases).All patients were treated with Mecobalamin,in the treatment group,GFC and MNGF were given additionally.The course of treatment was four weeks.Before and after the treatments,changes of nerve conduction velocity(NCV),the integral of TCSS and the serum level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) were observed.RESULTS Compared with preclinical studies,obvious improvement of NCV and the integral of TCSS was obtained in two groups(P〈0.05).The level of hs-CRP descended in the treatment group(P〈0.05).After treatment,the NCV of treatment group was higher and the level of hs-CRP and the integral of TCSS were lower than those of the control group(P〈0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION GFD combined with MNGF shows definite effects on DPN.
