海尔集团管理中的OEC模式是一种全方位地对每人每天所做的每件事进行控制和管理的方法,将其引入高校图书馆管理可以把每个馆员科学地组织、融合起来,从而实现图书馆的整体工作目标。搭建图书馆的目标体系、日清体系和激励体系是OEC管理模式运用于图书馆工作的关键,对提升图书馆工作效率、改善图书馆工作氛围、提高馆员创造性等有显著效果。
The Overall Every Control and Clear (OEC) mode of Haier Group managements is a comprehensive method that controls and manages everything of per person in per day.' Bringing the OEC mode into university library managements could organize and mix together every librarian scientifically, in order to achieve the overall objective of libraries. Building the target system, every day clear system and the incentive system is the key to use the OEC management mode in library works, and has a significant effect on promoting the work efficiency, improving the work environment, stimulating the librarian creativity, and so on.
